Shipping policy

Parlour Printing will quote postage for Australia Post Express Services plus a small handling fee. Payment for postage is payable by the ordering customer. Postage insurance of $2.50 per $100 order value will be added where necessary to insure the cost of goods in case they are lost. 

We cannot guarantee next day delivery via Australia Post Express or courier and will discuss the risks with the customer where urgent orders are concerned. Parlour Printing does not take responsibility for post or courier time frames and will not be liable for associated costs or losses. 

Parlour Printing is not responsible for missing packages but will negotiate reprinting in the event that an order does not arrive.
